Modulating miR-23b-3p in Osteosarcoma

The plasmids and siRNAs were transfected into hBMSCs by Lipofectamine 3000 kit (L3000001; Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA). Forty-eight hours after transfection, the experiments below were carried out.
