PAMAM dendrimers were purchased from Dendritech (USA). Azo initiator V-70 was purchased from Wako Chemicals (Japan). p-SCN-Bn-Deferoxamine was purchased from Macrocyclics™ (USA). All solvents were of gradient grade or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) grade.
