Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and type I collagenase were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich Co. Ltd. (Sigma, MO, USA). Trizol, Dulbecco's modified Eagle culture medium (DMEM), penicillin-streptomycin mixture, and fetal bovine serum (FBS) were purchased from Gibco (Rockville, USA). The primary antibodies of β-actin, NGF, TrKA, TRPV1, IL-1β, and PGP 9.5 were purchased from Bioss (Beijing China). The Sirius red staining kit and goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) kit were also purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, UK). 5 × HiScript II qRT SuperMix and 2 × Chamq SYBR qPCR MasterMix were purchased from Vazyme (Nanjing, China). Primers were supplied by Generay Biotechnology (Shanghai, China). ELISA kits for NGF and SP were purchased from JinyiBai Company (Nanjing, China).

N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) and Tween-80 (Sigma-Aldrich); (−)-cannabidiol (CBD; THC Pharm GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany), anandamide-d8 (AEA-d8); 2-arachidonoyl glycerol-d8 (2-AG-d8); OEA-d4 (Cayman Chemical Company, Ann Arbor, MI, USA); pentobarbitone sodium (Biowet, Puławy, Poland); and sodium chloride (NaCl) (Chempur, Piekary Śląskie, Poland). Acetylcholine chloride, phenylephrine sodium nitroprusside and L-NAME (Sigma, Munich, Germany) were dissolved in deionized water. Indomethacin (Sigma) was dissolved in 0.5 mol/L NaHCO₃. A stock solution (10 µM) of U46619 (9,11-Methanoepoxy PGH₂) (Tocris, Bristol, UK) was prepared in ethanol (0.1% v/v) and diluted with deionized water, which adjusted the final concentrations of ethanol to less than 0.01% v/v. The antibodies used in the Western blots and immunohistochemistry were purchased from Abcam (CB₁, CB₂, COX-1, COX-2 and eNOS), Santa-Cruz Biotechnology (TRPV1, COX-2, anti-rabbit IgG horseradish peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody), Dako (vWF) and Bioss Antibodies (TRPV1). The reagents for routine histological H + E staining and secondary antibody En Vision + Kit HRP Rabbit were obtained from Dako Denmark A/S, and normal rabbit serum was obtained from Vector Laboratories.
