Verio 3.0t mr scanner

Manufactured by Siemens
Sourced in Germany

The Verio 3.0T MR scanner is a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system designed and manufactured by Siemens. It is a high-field MRI scanner that operates at a magnetic field strength of 3.0 Tesla. The Verio 3.0T MR scanner is capable of generating detailed images of the human body, which can be used for diagnostic and research purposes.

Images were acquired on a Siemens Verio 3.0T MR scanner (Erlangen, Germany) before and after HDBR. A 3D structural MRI was acquired using a T1-weighted MPRAGE sequence (TR/TE = 1900 ms/2.19 ms, FOV = 250×219 mm2, NEX = 1, matrix = 256×246, slice thickness = 1.0 mm, and 176 sagittal slices in the third dimension) covering the entire brain. Conventional axial T2 images were also acquired. A DTI pulse sequence with single shot diffusion-weighted echo planar imaging (TR/TE = 3600/95 ms, FOV = 230×230 mm2, NEX = 1, matrix = 128×128, slice thickness = 4 mm) was applied sequentially in 30 non-collinear directions (b-value = 1000 s/mm2) with one scan. We acquired 50 contiguous slices covering the entire brain.

Functional MRI Brain Imaging Protocol

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
All data were collected by a Siemens Verio 3.0 T MR scanner. The data collection process required each subject to lie supine, fix his or her head, close his or her eyes, plug his or her ears, and try not to perform specific thinking. The fMRI data were collected via a gradient-echo echo-planar imaging (GRE-EPI) sequence. The specific parameters were as follows: the repetition time (RT) = 2,000 ms, echo time (TE) = 30 ms, slice thickness = 4 mm, slice gap = 0.40 mm, number of layers = 33 layers, field of view (FOV) = 240 mm × 240 mm, in-plane matrix resolution = 64 × 64, and flip angle (FA) = 90°, and 200 time points were collected in total. T1-weighted images were acquired by a 3D magnetization-prepared rapid gradient echo sequence (3D MP-RGE). The specific parameters were as follows: the repetition time (TR) = 1,900 ms, TE = 30 ms, slice thickness = 0.9 mm, FOV = 256 mm × 230 mm, matrix = 256 × 256, FA = 90°.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
