Fsh elisa kit

Blood serum was obtained by centrifugation (500 g for 10 min at 4°C) and stored at -20°C until being used to assess blood lipid profiles (total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low/very low density lipoprotein (LDL/VLDL) and cholesterol) using a commercially available ELISA assay kit (ab65390, ABCAM, U.K.) according to the manufacturer’s directions.
The serum testosterone, FSH and LH levels were assessed using the total antioxidant capacity kit (ab65329, Abcam, United Kingdom), testosterone ELISA kit (ab108666, Abcam, United Kingdom), FSH ELISA kit (MBS703380, MyBioSource, U.S.A) and LH ELISA kit (MBS041300, MyBioSource, U.S.A), respectively (according to the manufacturers protocols).

Blood was collected from the eyes of the mice at approximately 2:00 P.M. For hormonal testing, whole blood was centrifuged at 1000 rpm for 15 min to extract plasma, which was then kept at −80 °C. The levels of serum testosterone, FSH, and LH from male mice were determined by Testosterone ELISA Kit (Arbor Assays, K032-H1), FSH ELISA Kit (Abbexa, abx154038), and LH (S-type) Rat ELISA KIT (FUJIFILM Wako, 630-23929), respectively. E2 ELISA kit (MYBioSource, MBS8800210), AHM ELISA kit (LSBio, LS-F6145-1), and FSH ELISA Kit (MYBioSource, MBS2700327) were employed to measure the levels of serum E2, AMH, and FSH from female mice, respectively. An ELISA microtiter plate reader (BioTek Synergy2) was utilized to determine the absorbance at 450 to 620 nm.

The insulin level was measured by the SunRed Bio rat insulin ELISA kit (Shanghai, China). Rat estrogen(E) ELISA kit (MBS703614) employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique, a quantitative sandwich rat follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) ELISA kit (MBS017508), a sandwich ELISA kit for rat LH (MBS 2509833), sandwich ELISA for rat prolactin (PRL) (MBS727546) and rat testosterone ELISA kit (MBS262661) were obtained from MyBioSource (San Diego, California, USA). Rat progesterone ELISA kit (CSB-E07282r) employed the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique obtained from CUSABIO (Hubei, China). Serum levels of adiponectin, leptin, interlukin1β (IL1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were estimated by CUSABIO rat ELISA kits (8400 Baltimore Avenue, MD, USA) in accordance to the manufacturer's instructions.
