Human specific elisa kit

Manufactured by BD

The Human-specific ELISA kit is a laboratory tool designed to detect and quantify specific human proteins or molecules in a given sample. It utilizes the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique, which is a widely used analytical method in various fields of biological research and clinical diagnostics.

TRIM9 Regulates Cytokine Production

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For overexpression, HEK293T cells were transfected for 24 h with TRIM9 WT, TRIM9 SA or vector. Cells were then stimulated for 24hrs with IL-1 β, TNF-α or PMA/Ionomycin. SK-N-AS cells stably transfected with TRIM9 WT, SA mutant or vector were stimulated with IL-1 β for 24hrs. For knockdown assay, SK-N-AS and A549 stable knockdown TRIM9 or control cells were stimulated with IL-1 β, TNF-α or PMA/Ionomycin respectively. Supernatants were collected and their concentration of IL-6 or TNF-α was determined with a human-specific ELISA kit (BD Biosciences), followed by analysis with a Beckman Coulter DTX880 plate reader.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
