Inflammatory Cytokine Detection by ELISA

ELISA kits of interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β, Elabscience, E-EL-R0012c), interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6, Elabscience, E-EL-M2453c), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α, Elabscience, E-MSEL-M0002) were employed to detect the levels of indicated inflammatory cytokines in LPS-stimulated MCM.
