Rapid Extraction and IR Analysis of R. tanguticum

R. tanguticum was crushed and sieved through a 100 mesh sieve (Huafeng Hardware Instrument Co., Ltd., Shaoxing, China). Ultrasonic extraction of 1.00 g of powder with 50 mL methanol (AR, Lot No.: 20200825, Tianjin Fuyu Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., Tianjin, China) was performed for 1 h (20 kHz, 30±5 °C). Then, suction filtration was performed and the methanol was evaporated to obtain the R. tanguticum methanol extract, which was labeled M1–M18.
Approximately 1 mg of R. tanguticum methanol-extracted powder was mixed with 100 mg of KBr (for IR, Lot No.: 20200715, Damao Chemical Reagent Factory, Tianjin, China) and compressed into a tablet. KBr was used as a blank, and infrared spectrum data for both samples were collected.

Plutella xylostella (P. xylostella), Spodoptera exigua Hiibner (S. exigua), Spodoptera litura (S. litura), Mythimna separata (M. separata) and Spodoptera frugiperda (S. frugiperda) were purchased from KE YUN Bio. Bipolaris sorokiniana (B. sorokiniana), Ceratobasidium cornigerum (C. cornigerum), Gibberella sanbinetti (G. sanbinetti), Gibberella zeae (G. zeae), Fusarium. Oxysporum f. sp. Cucumerinu, FOC (FOC) and Colletot tichum gloeosporioides (CTG), which identified by sequencing were all from the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Quantification of Purine Compounds in Lentinula edodes

Astragalin, Phlorizin, and Afzelin Quantification

Methanol was purchased from Tianjin DaMao Chemical Reagent Factory (Tianjin, China). Acetic acid was obtained from Tianjin FuChen Chemical Reagent Factory (Tianjin, China). Astragalin with purity greater than 98% was purchased from Chengdu Pufei De Biotech Co., Ltd. (Chengdu, China). Phlorizin and afzelin with purity greater than 98% were isolated in our previous research.
The LC-20AT high performance liquid chromatography system (Shimadzu, Kyoto, Japan) equipped with a degasser, a quaternary gradient low pressure pump, the CTO-20A column oven, a SPD-M20AUV-detector, an SIL-20A auto sampler was used. Chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 5 mm, 5 μm) and extraction was carried out with KQ-500DB ultrasonic cleaner (Jiangsu Kunshan Ultrasonic Instrument Co., Ltd. Jiangsu, China). TGL-16 type high speed centrifuge was obtained from Jiangsu Jintan Zhongda instrument factory (Jiangsu, China). AB135-S 1/10 million electronic balance was purchased from Mettler Toledo Instruments Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China).
