shRNA. The RSK2 shRNA were designed and synthesized by Genechem Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China) and the sequences targeting RSK2 were 5'-TGCCACAATACCAACTAAA-3'. A non-specific scrambled shRNA with a sequence of 5'-TTCTC CGAACGTGTCACGT-3' was used as a negative control.
