Analytical Method for Ecdysteroid Quantification

HPLC-grade formic acid was purchased from Wako Chemicals (Richmond, VA, USA). HPLC-grade acetonitrile and methanol were purchased from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany). Deionized water (18.1 mΩ) was prepared using a Milli-Q purification system (Millipore, Bedford, MA, USA). All solutions were degassed in a sonication bath for 30 min. Standard stock solutions (1000 ㎍/mL) were prepared in HPLC-grade methanol and stored at 4 °C. The standard working solutions were prepared daily by diluting a mixture with methanol to an appropriate concentration to validate the method.
