The adherent cells were gathered, and apoptosis was determined following the operating instructions of the Annexin V-FITC/7-AAD Apoptosis kit (BD Bioscience): after 15 min of light-tight cultivation with Annexin V-FITC staining solution (5 μL), they were gently mixed with 5 μL of 7-AAD staining solution for 5 min of incubation at 2-8°C in the dark, followed by FCM determination of cell apoptosis.
