Multicolor Flow Cytometry Analysis of Liver and Spleen Lymphocytes

Lymphocytes from the liver and spleen of mice were isolated as previously described²³ (link) and analyzed by multicolor flow cytometry. Flow cytometry was performed on a CytoFLEX LX platform and results were analyzed using FlowJo software.
