(Shanghai, China). The reagents anhydrous ethanol, acetic acid, trifluoroacetic acid (TFA, > 99.9%), and acetonitrile at least of analytical grade were acquired from National Medicine Group Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Deionized water (18.2 MΩ cm) was obtained by a Water Pro water purification system (Labconco, Kansas City, USA).

Analytical Standards and Model Dairy Food

Analytical standards Nε-carboxymethyl-lysine (CML) and glyoxal (GO) were obtained from J&K Scientific Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China), and Yuan Ye Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China), respectively. The model of dairy food was prepared by sodium caseinate and d-glucose, which were purchased from West Dragon Science Co., Ltd. (Shantou, Guangdong, China). Standards of p-coumaric, ferulic, caffeic, syringic, sinapic, vanillic, and chlorogenic acids (analytical grade, ≥98%) were purchased from Shanghai Tian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The organic reagents like acetone, methanol, and acetonitrile were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). The other reagents of gallic acid, formic acid, sodium carbonate, disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate dehydrate, sodium borate, sodium hydroxide, and sodium borohydride were purchased from J&K Scientific, Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). Folin–Ciocalteu reagent (analytical grade), 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH, analytical grade), and O-phenylenediamine was purchased from Source Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). DDW was prepared using a WaterPro water purification system (Labconco Corp., Kansas City, MO, U.S.A.). The baijiu vinasses were provided by a large local baijiu manufacturer.

Chemical Synthesis of Organic Compounds

Synthesis of MPA-Capped Mn-Doped ZnS QDs

Electrochemical Sensing with UiO-66@MIP

Chemicals for the experiments were from Shang Hai Aladdin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd., Shang Hai, China: zirconium tetrachloride (98%), acetic acid (ACS, ≥99.7%), and terephthalic acid (99%) were used for UiO-66 synthesis. Tyramine (98%), 3-Aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES, 99%), tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS, 99.99% metals basis), and ammonium hydroxide (25–28% in H2O) were also used in the MIP synthesis. Doubly distilled water (DDW, 18.2 M·cm−1) was obtained from a Water Pro water purification system (Labconco, Kansas, MO, USA). Electrochemical experiments were performed with an electrochemical workstation PAR 2273 (EG&G) associated with a QCM (QCA922, Seiko EG&G) at room temperature, with a 9 MHz AT-cut quartz crystal plated with platinum electrode. UiO-66@MIP or NIP polymers were holding by Teflon that ensures that one side of the Pt electrode can only connect to the measured liquid while the other side is insulated.

Synthesis and Characterization of Multifunctional Silica Nanoparticles

Triton X-100 was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent (Beijing, China). Sterigmatocystin, Zearalenone (ZEN), Aflatoxin B1 (AFT B1), Aflatoxin B2 (AFT B2), Aflatoxin M1 (AFT M1), microcystin-leucine-arginine (MC-LR), ochratoxin A (OTA), and vomitoxin (DON) were all purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St Louis, MO, USA). Methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile, acetone, chloroform, and n-hexane were all obtained from Guangfu Fine Chemical Research Institute (Tianjin, China). All the biomolecules, including the proteins and enzymes, were from Newprobe Biotechnology Co. Ltd. (Beijing, China). All the glassware was cleaned with aqua regia (HCl:HNO3 = 3:1, v/v) and thoroughly rinsed with ultrapure water before use.
