Pe anti human cd105 antibody

Manufactured by BioLegend
Sourced in United States

PE anti-human CD105 antibody is a fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the human CD105 antigen. CD105, also known as endoglin, is a type I membrane glycoprotein that is expressed on endothelial cells and is involved in angiogenesis and cell proliferation. This antibody can be used for the identification and enumeration of CD105-positive cells in flow cytometry applications.

Characterization of Dental Pulp Stem Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Human dental pulp stem cells (DPSC) were obtained from Lonza (PT-5025). The stemness of human dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) (p. 16) was confirmed by flow cytometry as previously described [30 (link)]. The expression of positive (CD105) and negative (CD33) markers of mesenchymal stem cells was analyzed, using a BD FACS Canto II flow cytometer (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA, USA). Briefly, cells were stained with PE anti-human CD105 antibody (323205, Biolegend, San Diego, CA, USA) and APC anti-human CD33 antibody (303407, Biolegend, San Diego, CA, USA), following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Flow Cytometry Analysis of MSC Markers

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
To determine the expression of MSC surface antigens, infrapatellar fat pad-MSCs at Passage 3 were analyzed by flow cytometry. Briefly, cells were lifted using 0.25% trypsin (Gibco). Cells were stained with dye-conjugated antibody, including fluorescein antihuman CD34 antibody, PE antihuman CD45 antibody, fluorescein antihuman CD44 antibody, APC/Cyanine 7 (Cy7) antihuman CD73 antibody, PE/Cy7 antihuman CD90 antibody, and PE antihuman CD105 antibody (Biolegend). The stained cells were analyzed with flow cytometry (Beckman Coulter DXFLEX).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
