Gene Expression Analysis by RT-qPCR

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Expression analysis of selected genes was performed by reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) using the primers listed in Supplementary Table S2. RNA was extracted using the NucleoSpin(R) RNA Plant Kit (Machery-Nagel, Düren, Germany). RNA transcription into cDNA was performed using the qScript cDNA Synthesis Kit (Quantbio, Beverly, United States). Expression was analyzed in three biological replicates for each tested gene under each test condition. Relative expression was calculated via the ΔCT method relative to the expression of BvUGD1 (BVRB_7g172340; Supplementary Table S2). Detailed information on the primers used for quantification is listed in Supplementary Table S2.

RT-qPCR Analysis of Sugar Beet Genes

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Expression analysis of selected genes was performed by reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) using the primers listed in Supplemental Table S2. RNA was extracted from homogenized sugar beet tissue using the NucleoSpin(R) RNA Plant Kit (Machery-Nagel, Düren, Germany) according to the manufacturer's guidelines. RNA transcription into cDNA was performed using the qScript cDNA Synthesis Kit (Quantbio, Beverly, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
