Sp600125

Manufactured by AG Scientific
Sourced in United States

SP600125 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling pathway. It functions by blocking the catalytic activity of the JNK enzyme, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. This product is commonly used in research applications to investigate the biological functions and signaling mechanisms mediated by the JNK pathway.

The dry shoot systems of D. moniliforme Sw. were obtained and extracted as described previously [30] . In brief, the dry shoot systems (300 g) were extracted with distilled water at 100ºC for 4 h. The extract was filtered through a 0.45-μm filter, freeze-dried (yield: 8 g), and stored at 4ºC. The dried extract was dissolved in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and filtered through a 0.22 μm-filter before use.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
