Illumina Gene Expression Profiling

RNA concentration was determined with Nanodrop spectrophotometer (Nano-Drop, Wilmington, Germany) and its quality was assessed with Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA). For each sample, 500 ng of total RNA were used to synthesize biotinylated cRNA with Illumina RNA Amplification Kit (Ambion, Austin, TX).
