Agilent 1200 series HPLC device (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA) equipped with an autosampler, thermostatted column compartment, quaternary pump, Diode Array Detector (DAD), and degasse was used. A Grace Apollo C18 column (Alltech, USA, 4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was utilized. The column temperature was 25 °C. The detector was DAD detector and the wavelengths were 255 nm and 334 nm. The mobile phase was made up of (A) acetonitrile (Xingke, China) and (B) 0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid (Sinopharm, China) with the gradient elution of 1% to 27% A in 0–80 min, 27% A in 81–95 min, 27%–100% A in 96–110 min, 100%-1% A in 111 min, 1% A in 111–120 min. The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the injection volume was 20 μl.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
