Diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) cellulose, standard monosaccharides (D-glucose, D-mannose, D-xylose, L-galactose, L-rhamnose, and L-arabinose), T-series dextrans (molecular weight 1.0, 2.0, 15.0, 40.0, 50.0, and 200.0 KDa), trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) were purchased from Sigma–Aldrich Co., Ltd. (St. Louis, MO, USA). 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT), lipopolysaccharide (LPS), penicillin-streptomycin solution, and Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) were purchased from Hyclone Company.
