The antibodies to P-PKR and PKR were obtained from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Dallas, Texas, USA). The antibody to NLRP3 was obtained from Adipogen (San Diego, CA, USA). The antibody to Gr-1 was obtained from eBioscience (San Diego, CA). The antibody to F4/80 was obtained from Invitrogen (Grand Island, NY, USA).
