Gut Microbiome Metagenomic DNA Extraction

Fecal samples of each mouse were used for metagenomic DNA extraction using TIANamp Stool DNA Kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions. DNA concentration was measured using NanoDrop 2000 spectrophotometer (Biotek, Germany).
