Phagocytosis Assay for Macrophages

Phagocytosis was measured with the pHrodo® Red E. coli BioParticles® Phagocytosis Kit for Flow Cytometry (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) as per the manufacturer's protocol.
