Spermidine-Modulated NP-CGG Immunization

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Mice were injected intraperitoneally (ip) with 50 μg NP-CGG (N-5055D-5, Biosearch Technologies) precipitated in Imject Alum adjuvant (Thermo Fisher) on day 0 followed by secondary immunization on or after day 42 (50 μg NP-CGG in PBS ip). Spermidine was given 2 days before the first immunization and then continuously in drinking water. Peripheral blood samples were collected from tail vein on indicated days.

B cell response to NP-CGG immunization

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Sh3gl1−/− and WT littermates were immunized at 8–10 weeks of age by intraperitoneal injection of 50 μg NP‐CGG in alum (Thermo Fisher). Blood samples were taken before immunization and at 7 and 14 days after immunization. Serum NP‐specific antibodies were detected by ELISA on Nunc polysorb plates coated with NP7 or NP25 for capture. Total serum immunoglobulin levels were detected using SBA Clonotyping System HRP kit (Southern Biotech).

Induction of TI-2 and TD Immune Responses

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
To elicit the TI-2 response, mice were immunized intra-peritoneally with 25 μg of NP-49-Ficoll (F1420, Biosearch Technologies). To elicit the TD response, mice were immunized intra-peritoneally with 50 μg of NP-31-CGG (N50550, Biosearch Technologies) with Imject alum (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA), and boosted with 50 μg of NP-CGG in PBS 8 weeks later. Blood samples were collected on the indicated days after immunization from the tail.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
