Antioxidant and Antimicrobial Properties of Bali Honey

Multiflora honey of A. cerana bee was collected from different districts in Bali Province, Indonesia. Each sample was assigned according to its location as BH (Badung honey), KH (Karangasem honey), and SH (Singaraja honey). All honey samples were mature honey and were obtained directly from local beekeepers. After harvesting, all samples were kept in glass bottles at room temperature (25°C).
