CDDP was purchased from Shanghai yuanye Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). α-tocopheryl succinate (TOS), AgNO3 and O-phenylenediamine (OPDA) were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich Co., Ltd. (Steinheim, Germany). Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. Hoechst 33342, 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA), Annexin V-FITC/PI Apoptosis Detection Kit and Mitochondrial membrane potential assay kit with JC-1 were all purchased from Beyotime Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
