The human GBC cell lines NOZ, EH-GB-1, EH-GB-2, SGC-996 and GBC-SD were purchased from the Cell Bank of Type Culture Collection of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China). The OCUG-1 cell line was obtained from the Health Science Research Resources Bank (Osaka, Japan). The NOZ cell line was maintained in William’s medium (Gibco, Grand Island, NY, USA) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS; Gibco). The GBC-SD cells were maintained in DMEM medium (Gibco). The EH-GB-1, EH-GB-2, SGC-996 and OCUG-1 cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 (Gibco). DHA was purchased from Selleck Chemicals and dissolved in DMSO. Primary antibodies against TCTP, vinculin, paxillin and β-actin were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Beverly, MA, USA).

The NOZ cell line and OCUG-1 cell line were purchased from the Health Science Research Resources Bank (Osaka, Japan). The monocytic THP-1 cell line were purchased from cell bank of the Chinese Academy of Science (Shanghai, China). HEK293T cell line and HepG2 cell line was purchased from American Type Culture Collection (ATCC). HUVEC cell line was gifted by Prof. Jian Hou (Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai, China). HUVEC primary cell was gifted by Prof. Lan Zhang (Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai, China). The NOZ was cultured in William's E (Gibco, USA), OCUG-1 in high glucose DMEM (Gibco, USA), HEK293T and TPH1 in RPMI 1640 (Gibco, USA), HUVEC cell line in DMEM/F12 (Gibco, USA), HUVEC primary cell in ECM (ScienCell, USA). All cells were cultured in medium supplied with 10%(v/v) fetal bovine serum, 100 μg/mL streptomycin and 100 U/mL penicillin (Hyclone) in a humidified incubator (5%CO2, 37 ℃). In addition, the medium which was used to cultured HUVEC primary cell should supplied with ECGS (ScienCell, USA). Fibrinogen was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. Recombinant Human ICAM-1 protein (RP00272) was purchased from ABclonal.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
