The spots were detected by spraying anisaldehyde-H2SO4 (Sigma-Aldrich Chemie, Germany) reagent followed by heating. HPLC separations were carried out on a Knauer system (Smart line system, Germany) connected to a photodiode array detector. All the solvents, standards and reagents were obtained from Merck (Germany).
