RIPA buffer, DAPI and Anti-Fade Fluoromount solution were purchased from Beyotime Institute of Biotechnology (Jiangsu, CHN). Cell culture medium (RPMI 1640), fetal calf serum (FCS), penicillin and streptomycin were from Invitrogen. DTT, Tween-20, 2-mercaptoethanol, phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PSMF), Triton X-100, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and Concanavalin A (ConA) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Missouri, USA). Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 647, ab150159) was purchased from Abcam (Massachusetts, USA). Goat anti-rat IgG-PE (sc-3740) was purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (California, USA). Monoclonal antibodies MHC-I (MCA2189A647), MHC-II (MCA2226F) and isotype controls were purchased from AbD Serotec (Oxford, UK). CCK-8 was from Dojindo Laboratories (Kumamoto, JPN).
