(Santa Cruz, CA). Monoclonal anti-Bcl-2, anti-Bax, anti-cleaved caspase-3, and GAPDH antibodies were obtained from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA). In addition, antibodies against JNK, p-JNK, and p-NF-κB were also from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA). CYP2E1 antibodies were purchased from Sangon Biotechnology (Shanghai, China).
