The sonication buffer consisted of 20 mm Tris‐HCl (pH 7.5), 1 mm EDTA (pH 8.0), 50 mm NaCl, 2.5 mm dithiothreitol and 0.15 mm phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride. The TE buffer consisted of 10 mm Tris‐HCl (pH 8.0) and 1 mm EDTA.
