Iq5 qrt pcr instrument

Manufactured by Bio-Rad

The IQ5 qRT-PCR instrument is a real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR) system designed for gene expression analysis. It provides accurate and reliable data for measuring the expression levels of target genes. The IQ5 instrument is capable of performing qRT-PCR experiments and collecting data in real-time.

RNA Extraction and qRT-PCR Analysis

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Total RNAs were extracted from differently treated cells by TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, USA) according to the instructions of manufacturer. After the quantitative analyses using spectrophotometer, 2–5 µg RNAs were reverse transcribed into cDNAs by RevertAid First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA). Thereafter, cDNAs were analyzed through the iQ5 qRT‐PCR instrument (Bio‐Rad). The primer sequences for this study are listed in Table S1 (Supporting Information).

Quantitative Real-Time PCR Analysis

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Total RNAs were extracted from cells with Trizol reagent (Invitrogen, USA), and then 2–5 μg RNAs were reverse-transcribed into cDNA with M-MLV reverse transcriptase. qPCR was performed on an iQ5 qRT-PCR instrument (Bio-Rad), as described previously78 (link), 79 (link) GAPDH was used as a loading control for normalization. The primer sequences are listed in Supplementary Table 1.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
