2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone, 1-bromooctane, potassium carbonate (K2CO3), potassium iodide (KI), magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), potassium hydroxide (KOH), 3-bromobenzaldehyde, glutathione (GSH), and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) were all obtained from Sigma-Aldrich. Tetrahydrofuran (THF) was received from Tokyo Chemical Industry Co. Ltd. Dichloromethane (CH2Cl2), chloroform (CHCl3), and hexane were all purchased from Anaqua Global International Inc. Limited. SYTO 9 and propidium iodide (PI) were received from Thermal Fisher. Ethanol (EtOH) and methanol were obtained from Merk. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was purchased from Aladdin. All commercial reagents were used as received unless otherwise stated. Ultrapure water (18.25 MΩ·cm, 25 °C) was used in the experiments.

Synthesis and Characterization of Polyurethane Hybrid Materials

Titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) (99%; Tokyo Chemical Industry Co.) were dried over phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) under N2 atmosphere for 12 hours before use, n-hexane (99.5%; Beijing Yanshan Petroleum Chemical Co.) were refluxed and distilled with sodium under N2 atmosphere for 48 hours before use, 1,4-butadiene (BD) (99%; Beijing Yanshan Petroleum Chemical Co.) and isobutylene (IB) (99.9%; Beijing Yanshan Petroleum Chemical Co.) were condensed in a cold bath in a glove box prior to polymerization. 5-tert-Butyl-bis(2-methoxy-2-propyl)benzene (t-Bu-m-DiCuOMe) was prepared by 5-tert-butylisophthalic acid through grignard reaction. Methyl chloride (MeCl) (99%; Beijing Chemical Reagent Co.), commercial polyurethane (PU) (Pellethane5863, Lubrizol, Mn = 10 000 g mol−1), 4,4′-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate) (MDI) (97%; Tokyo Chemical Industry Co.), tetrabutylammonium hydroxide (TBAH) (27wt% solution in H2O; Tokyo Chemical Industry Co.), stannous octoate ((Sn(Oct)2) (95%; Tokyo Chemical Industry Co.), 1,4-butanediol (BDO) (99%; Tokyo Chemical Industry Co.), tetrahydrofuran (THF) (99.9%; Tokyo Chemical Industry Co.), 2,6-di-tert-butylpyridine (DtBP) (96%; Tokyo Chemical Industry Co.), methanol (99%; Beijing Chemical Reagent Co.), nitric acid (68%; Beijing Chemical Reagent Co.) were used as received.

Synthesis and Characterization of Zr-based MOF for PCA Detection

All reagents used in this study were of analytical grade unless otherwise stated. 2-aminoterephthalic acid (ATA) (99%) and Zirconium chloride (ZrCl 4 ) (98%) were gained from Aladdin Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Dimethylformamide (DMF) (99%) , tetrahydrofuran (THF), mesitylene (97%), acetonitrile (CAN)and 1,4-dioxane were gained from Tokyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan). 1,3,5-Tris (4-aminophenyl) benzene (TAPB) (97%) and 2,5-Divinylterephthalaldehyde (DVA) were obtained from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd., (Shanghai, China). Methanol, acetone, and glacial acetic acid (HAC) were achieved from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy acetic acid (MCPA), 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), 2,4Dichlorprop (2,4-DP), 2,4dichlorophenoxybutyric acid (2,4-DB), and 2-(2,4,5-trichlorophenoxy) propanoic acid (2,4,5-TP), were purchased from ANPEL Laboratory Technology Inc. (Shanghai, China). For the standard solution of 100 μg⋅L -1 , five kinds of PCAs were dissolved in a 100 mL volumetric flask with Methanol and stored in 4 • C. A series of working aqueous solutions were obtained by diluting the standard solution with pure water.
