Cells were transfected with JetPrime transfection reagent (Polyplus) at 1:2 ratio with 2 μg/mL double strand DNA (dsDNA) or Poly(I:C). DMXAA (Invivogen) was used at 100 or 200 μM in Opti-MEM (GIBCO).
