LPS (Coli 0111:B4) was purchased from Sigma–Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). RIPA buffer and the BCA kit were purchased from Beyotime (Shanghai, China). Rat recombinant IL-17A protein, fluoroshield mounting medium with 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI), and mouse anti-OX42 monoclonal antibody were purchased from Abcam (Hong Kong, China). The rat IL-17A ELISA kit was obtained from Biolegend (San Diego, CA, USA, Cat. no. 437907). Rat IL-6 ELISA kit (R600B) and TNF-α ELISA kit (RTA00) were obtained from R&D Systems, Inc. (Minneapolis, MN, USA). Rabbit anti-Iba1 and anti-PSD95 polyclonal antibodies were purchased from Abcam (Hongkong, China). Rabbit monoclonal antibodies against BACE1, iNOS, COX-2, GAPDH (14C10), and rabbit polyclonal anti-APP antibody and anti-rabbit secondary antibody were all purchased from Cell Signaling (Boston, MA, USA). A FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody was purchased from Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA).
