Freshly isolated neutrophils (1.5×107) were resuspended in lysing buffer (1% Triton X-100 (Merck Millipore, Darmstadt, Germany), 10 μg/ml aprotinin (Sigma-Aldrich), 10 μg/ml leupeptin (Sigma-Aldrich) and 10 μg/ml pepstatin A (Sigma-Aldrich) in PBS). After additional −70 °C freeze-and-thaw-disruption, the sample was centrifuged at 10 000×g for 5 min.
