Synthesis of Bisphenol A Methacrylate

Self-Lubricating Polymer Coating

Synthesis and Characterization of Imprinted Polymers

and tryptamine (TTM, 4) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich
and used as received. Methacrylic acid (MAA, 5) and ethylene

Sigma-Aldrich and purified by passing through basic alumina (Al2O3) columns. AIBN was obtained from Sigma-Aldrich

(7) was synthesized according to the procedure outlined
below. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-grade solvents,
such as dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) (Sigma-Aldrich), acetonitrile (MeCN)
(Honeywell Burdick & Jackson), and methanol (Fisher Scientific),
were used without further purification. Na2HPO4 (BDH Chemicals), NaH2PO4·2H2O (AJAX Chemicals), KH2PO4 (Sigma-Aldrich),
and H3PO4 (85%) (Sigma-Aldrich) were used as received

Nile Red was purchased from ACROS organics. RAW 264.7 murine macrophages, Biotium™ Mounting medium with DAPI was purchased from Biotium™.

Synthesis and Radiolabeling of O-phenylenediamine

cards, sample pads (CB-SB08), and absorption pads (SX18) were supplied
by Goldbio Tech Co. (Shanghai, China). The coating antigen and mAb
against azaperone were obtained from our laboratory.

Microtitre plates were purchased from Greiner Bio-one. 10 mmol HEPES buffer containing 0.05 M NaCl, 0.1 mM CaCl2 and 0.01 mM MnCl2 (pH 7.5, HEPES) was prepared in 200 mL of milliQ water (with a resistance > 19 mOhms). 60 nm gold nanoparticles were obtained from BBI solutions. Concanavalin A and soybean agglutinin and Ricinus communis agglutinin-120 were purchased from Vector Labs.
