Stock solutions were prepared at a convenient concentration by dissolving the required amount of the titled compound in DMSO (Sigma Aldrich), aliquoted to reduce the freeze–thaw cycles, and diluted in fresh medium before use. Final DMSO concentration in medium never exceeded 0.1% (v/v).
