Certified reference materials of quetiapine, norquetiapine and quetiapine‐d8 were obtained from Sigma Aldrich(St Louis, MO, USA) and were used to develop paper spray and LC/MS methods for the analysis of fingerprint samples.
Optima™ LC/MS grade methanol (MeOH), dichloromethane (DCM), acetonitrile (ACN), isopropanol (IPA) and water (H2O) were used to prepare all solutions and solvent mixtures (Fisher Scientific, Madison, WI, USA). Formic acid or ammonium acetate (where applicable) was added to the mobile phase and spray solvents at 0.1% (v/v) or 10 mM (Fisher Scientific), respectively.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
