Hek blue il 1r1 cell line
The HEK-Blue IL-1R1 cell-line is a reporter cell-line derived from human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cells. These cells are engineered to stably express the human interleukin-1 receptor type I (IL-1R1) and a secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) reporter gene under the control of an NF-kB-inducible promoter. The core function of this cell-line is to allow the monitoring of NF-kB activation in response to IL-1R1 stimulation.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
