Immunohistochemical Identification of Rare Cells

In preparation for selection, tissue sections were stained by immunohistochemistry (IHC) with antibodies against K19 and K14 and detected with Alexa Flour A568 and A488 conjugated isotype specific goat anti-mouse antibodies, respectively. For details on the antibodies, see Tables 1 and 2.
