DNMT1 Quantification in Lung Nuclei

At the end of in vivo experiment, lungs were collected from animals. Nuclear extract in the lung was obtained by a CNM compartmental protein extraction kit (BioChain Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. Quantification of DNMT1 Activity

Quantifying DNMT1 Activity

Nuclear Extraction and DNMT Activity Assay

Nuclear proteins were extracted by using the Nuclear Extraction Kit (ab1134474 from Abcam) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
