Usinganti cd138 apc clone 281 2

Manufactured by BioLegend

Anti-CD138-APC (clone 281–2) is a laboratory reagent used for the detection and analysis of CD138-expressing cells. CD138, also known as Syndecan-1, is a cell surface proteoglycan expressed on plasma cells. This antibody conjugate can be used in flow cytometry applications to identify and quantify CD138-positive cell populations.

Adoptive Transfer of Splenic B Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Splenic CD138hi B cells were enriched on day 5 p.i. using
anti-CD138-APC (clone 281–2, BioLegend) and anti-APC magnetic beads
(Miltenyi). CD19+CD138hiIgDneg plasmablasts and
CD19+CD138loIgDneg activated B cells were
sort purified. 1–2 × 106 cells were transferred i.v. to
mice on day 7 p.i. Mice that did not receive cells were given 200 μL of
PBS i.v. on day 7. Sera and spleens were harvested from recipients on day 21
p.i. (day 14 post-transfer). Parasitemia was monitored every 2–3 days
p.i.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
