Whole-cell lysis, immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation were performed as previously described (Wang et al., 2018 (link)). Anti-ZNF830 (HPA027211), anti-PPIL2 (HPA035344), anti-FLAG M2 (F1804) and anti-β-actin (A5441) were purchased from Sigma. Anti-PLK1 (sc-17783) and anti-CtIP (sc-48415) were purchased from Santa Cruz. Anti-HA (A190–208A) and anti-pH3S10 (A301-844A) were purchased from Bethyl. Anti-His (ab18184) and anti-GST (ab111947) were purchased from abcam.
