Flow Cytometric Analysis of IL-23R Expression

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Flow cytometric analysis was performed to evaluate IL-23R expression in CD4+ T cells. Cells were collected, washed and resuspended in staining buffer (1% BSA in PBS) and then stained for cell-surface markers. Approximately 100,000 cell events were acquired on a FACSCanto II (BD Biosciences) and analyzed using FlowJo software (Tree Star, Inc.). PerCP-anti-CD4 and FITC-anti-CD44 were obtained from BD BioScience. APC-anti-IL-23R was obtained from R&D systems.

Flow Cytometry Analysis of PD-1 and IL-23R

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For flow cytometry, we used FITC anti-CD4, APC anti-CD3 (BD Biosciences), FITC anti-PD-1 (Biolegend), APC anti-IL-23R, anti-pSTAT3 (R&D), anti-SOCS3, IgG PE (all from Abcam). For neutralization, we used mAb to PD-1 and isotype Abs (R&D). γ-irradiated M. tb H37Rv was obtained from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
