K562 and K562/G01 cell line purchased from Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (Tianjin, China), were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (Gibco, Grand Island, NY) and penicillin-streptomycin in an incubator maintained at 37°C in an atmosphere containing 5% CO₂.
