Fsh elisa kit

Manufactured by Abbexa
Sourced in United Kingdom

The FSH ELISA Kit is a quantitative in vitro diagnostic test used to measure the concentration of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) in human serum or plasma samples. The kit utilizes the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique to detect and quantify FSH levels.

Hormonal Profiling in Mice

Blood was collected from the eyes of the mice at approximately 2:00 P.M. For hormonal testing, whole blood was centrifuged at 1000 rpm for 15 min to extract plasma, which was then kept at −80 °C. The levels of serum testosterone, FSH, and LH from male mice were determined by Testosterone ELISA Kit (Arbor Assays, K032-H1), FSH ELISA Kit (Abbexa, abx154038), and LH (S-type) Rat ELISA KIT (FUJIFILM Wako, 630-23929), respectively. E2 ELISA kit (MYBioSource, MBS8800210), AHM ELISA kit (LSBio, LS-F6145-1), and FSH ELISA Kit (MYBioSource, MBS2700327) were employed to measure the levels of serum E2, AMH, and FSH from female mice, respectively. An ELISA microtiter plate reader (BioTek Synergy2) was utilized to determine the absorbance at 450 to 620 nm.

Quantitative Hormone Profiling in Mice

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Fresh serum was used to detect hormone levels. Mouse luteinizing hormone (LH, ab235648) levels were measured using the Mouse LH Beta ELISA Kit (ab235648) provided by Abcam (Cambridge, UK). This kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of LH protein in tissue extracts. The intensity was measured at 450 nm with a fluorescence microplate reader. A mouse follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) ELISA Kit (abx154039) and mouse free testosterone ELISA Kit (abx254089) were purchased from Abbexa (Cambridge, UK). Mouse LH, FSH and testosterone were detected using these kits according to the manufacturer’s instructions as previously described [44 (link), 45 (link)]. Serum samples and biotin-conjugated reagent were added to antibody-precoated wells. After that, the HRP-conjugated reagent and TMB substrate were then added. The intensity of the yellow colour was measured spectrophotometrically at 450 nm with a fluorescence microplate reader.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
