Cellcapture

Manufactured by Stratedigm

CellCapture is a laboratory instrument designed for the isolation and enrichment of specific cell populations from complex biological samples. The core function of CellCapture is to enable the efficient capture and separation of target cells based on their unique surface markers or other characteristics.

Flow Cytometric Analysis of Formaldehyde Samples

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Formaldehyde fixed samples were pelleted and resuspended in 1× PBS with 3% FBS and analyzed with a Stratedigm S1000 flow cytometer using CellCapture (v3.1) software (Stratedigm, Inc). Data analysis was performed with FlowJo (v 9.9.5) (FlowJo LLC).

Flow Cytometry with Stratedigm Platform

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Samples were run in a Stratedigm S1000 flow cytometer with a A600 96-well plate reader. When necessary, compensation of overlapping fluorescent signal was performed at the time of collection in CellCapture (Stratedigm). FlowJo (BD) was used to quantify data.

High-Throughput Flow Cytometry Assay

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
A total of 5 × 105 cells per sample were transferred to an uncoated V-bottom 96-well plate (Nunc, Cat. No. P7241). The samples were spun down at 750× g for 5 min at room temperature and washed with 1X PBS (HyClone, Cat. No. SH30028.02). Washed cells were spun down again, and the 1X PBS was aspirated. Cells were fixed using 20 μL of 1% paraformaldehyde (PFA) (Sigma, Cat. No. P6148-500G) at room temperature for 10 min. The PFA was washed with 100 μL of PBS and spun down, buffer was aspirated, and cell pellets were resuspended in 100 μL of 1X PBS. Cells were stained with the indicated antibodies for 30 min at room temperature and then washed twice with 100 μL of 1X PBS. A Stratedigm A600 HTAS 96-well plate reader was used to run the samples. CellCapTure (Stratedigm) was used to visualize the running samples. A set of 20,000 cells were analyzed per sample.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
