Maxis 2 esi qtof

Manufactured by Bruker

The MaXis II ESI-QTOF is a high-resolution mass spectrometer designed for electrospray ionization (ESI) and quadrupole-time-of-flight (QTOF) analysis. It provides accurate mass measurement and high-sensitivity detection of a wide range of compounds.

Spectroscopic Characterization of N-Donor Ligands

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The solution 1H and 1H–1H COSY NMR spectra
were recorded on Bruker Avance 400 and AMX 400 spectrometers with
chemical shifts referenced to residual solvent resonances. The infrared
spectra were measured on a Shimadzu FTIR-8400S instrument. Mass spectra
were recorded on a Bruker maXis II ESI-QTOF instrument in the ESI+ and ESI (for 25) modes. Microanalyses were performed in the analytical laboratory
of the University of Eastern Finland. The synthesis of the ligands
(L1L5) are provided in the Supporting Information.

Synthesis and Characterization of Iridium Complex

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Solvents were used as received. Solution 1H, 1H–1H COSY, NOESY NMR spectra were recorded using a Bruker Avance 400 and AMX-400 spectrometers. Mass spectra were measured on a Bruker maXis II ESI-QTOF instrument in the ESI+ mode. Microanalyses were carried out in the analytical laboratory of the University of Eastern Finland. The bis(μ-chlorido) bridged dimeric precursor {(N^C–COOMe)2IrCl}2 (N^C–COOMe = methyl 2-phenylquinoline-4-carboxylate) were synthesized according to published procedures.32 (link) Methyl 2-phenylquinoline-4-carboxylate, 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DPPC) and 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy(polyethylene glycol)-2000] (DSPE-PEG2000) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). HEPES buffer solution contained 20 mM HEPES and 140 mM NaCl in MilliQ purified water and the pH was adjusted to 7.4 with NaOH. Calcein solution had 60 mM of calcein and 29 mM of NaCl in MilliQ purified water and the pH was set to 7.4 with NaOH.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
