NK Cell Activation and IFNγ Quantification

To modulate the interaction of leukocytes with the cerebrovascular endothelium, a rat antimouse anti-CD18 antibody (GAME-46, BD Biosciences, Franklin Lakes, USA) or an isotype-matched control IgG1 (BD Biosciences; Franklin Lakes, USA) was injected into the left internal carotid artery immediately after reperfusion.
