Proteins were extracted using RIPA lysis buffer (Promega, A1731). Then, 30 µg protein from each sample was electrophoresed on 12% Bis-Tris polyacrylamide gel and blotted onto 0.45 µm polyvinylidene fluoride membranes. Afterward, membranes were blocked with 5% skimmed milk. Blots were incubated for 4 hours at 4 °C with the primary antibody and 1 hour at room temperature with the secondary antibody. Normalized to β-actin.
